Michael Mason – Former Evangelical Protestant
Michael Mason was raised in an Evangelical context, and got undergrad formation in theology and philosophy. He went on to study at Southern Evangelical Seminary, and there he found his faith both challenged and deepened.
In discussions with fellow classmates who were on similar searches, he began to realize that the conclusions he was coming to sounded much more Catholic than they did Protestant, and he felt called to come home to the Church. His story is featured in the book, Evangelical Exodus: Evangelical Seminarians and Their Paths to Rome.
