As a rule, I also offer other short prayers of petition and praise and thanksgiving.

And at the consecration of the Blood–Praise and thanks to Thee Lord Jesus Christ.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved son, our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.
Where does that fit better than while receiving His Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity.

“Eternal God, heavenly Father,
you have graciously accepted us as living members
of your Son our Savior Jesus Christ….”
“Send us now into the world in peace,
and grant us strength and courage
to love and serve you with gladness and singleness of heart;
through Christ our Lord. Amen.”

I also sometimes pray the prayers of St. Thomas Aquinas others have mentioned here.

prayer of st Thomas Aquinas before and after mass very profitable.here is it: Almighty and ever-living God, I approach the
sacrament of your only-begotten Son, our Lord
Jesus Christ. I come sick to the doctor of life,
unclean to the fountain of mercy, blind to the
radiance of eternal light, and poor and needy
to the Lord of heaven and earth. Lord, in your
great generosity, heal my sickness, wash away my
defilement, enlighten my blindness, enrich my
poverty, and clothe my nakedness. May I receive
the bread of angels, the King of kings, and Lord of
lords, with humble reverence, with the purity and
faith, the repentance and love, and the determined
purpose that will help to bring me to salvation.
May I receive the sacrament of the Lord’s Body
and Blood and its reality and power. Kind God,
may I receive the Body of your only-begotten Son,
our Lord Jesus Christ, born from the womb of the
Virgin Mary, and so be received into his mystical
body and numbered among his members. Loving
Father, as on my earthly pilgrimage I now receive
your beloved Son under the veil of a sacrament, may
I one day see him face to face in glory, who lives and
reigns with you forever. Amen

Prayer After Communion by Saint Thomas Aquinas
Lord, Father all-powerful and ever-living God,
I thank you, for even though I am a sinner, your
unprofitable servant, not because of my worth but
in the kindness of your mercy, you have fed me with
the Precious Body and Blood of your Son, our Lord
Jesus Christ. I pray that this Holy Communion
may not bring me condemnation and punishment
but forgiveness and salvation. May it be a helmet
of faith and a shield of good will. May it purify me
from evil ways and put an end to my evil passions.
May it bring me charity and patience, humility and
obedience, and growth in the power to do good.
May it be my strong defense against all my enemies,
visible and invisible, and the perfect calming of all
my evil impulses, bodily and spiritual. May it unite
me more closely to you, the one true God, and lead
me safely through death to everlasting happiness
with you. I pray that you will lead me, a sinner, to
the banquet where you, with your Son and Holy
Spirit, are true and perfect light, total fulfillment,
everlasting joy, gladness without end, and perfect
happiness to your saints. Amen.

It has been one of my standards that I have prayed for years in its Methodist and Anglican forms at Communion services. When at an Ordinariate Use Mass, nothing else is needed.
After: Anima Christi, the day’s Communion Antiphon, one of St Thomas Aquinas’ prayers in the Missal. Or just an extempore prayer on the spot for the great blessing I have just received in receiving His Body, Blood, Soul & Divinity.

Stay with me, Lord, for it is necessary to have You present so as not to forget You. You know how easily I abandon You.

Stay with me, Lord, because I am weak and I need Your strength, that I may not fall so often.

Stay with me, Lord, for You are my life, and without You, I am without fervor.

Stay with me, Lord, for You are my light, and without You, I am in darkness.

Stay with me, Lord, to show me Your will.

Stay with me, Lord, so that I hear Your voice and follow You.

Stay with me, Lord, for I desire to love You, and always be in Your company.

Stay with me, Lord, if You wish me to be faithful to You.

Stay with me, Lord, for as poor as my soul is, I want it to be a place of consolation for You, a nest of love.

Stay with me, Jesus, for it is getting late and the day is coming to a close, and life passes; death, judgment, eternity approaches. It is necessary to renew my strength, so that I will not stop along the way and for that, I need You.

It is getting late and death approaches, I fear the darkness, the temptations, the dryness, the cross, the sorrows. O how I need You, my Jesus, in this night of exile!

Stay with me tonight Jesus, in life with all its dangers. I need You.

Let me recognize You as Your disciples did at the breaking of the bread, so that the Eucharistic Communion be the Light which disperses the darkness, the force which sustains me, the unique joy of my heart.

Stay with me, Lord, because at the hour of my death, I want to remain united to You, if not really by the Holy Communion, at least personally by grace and love.

Stay with me, Lord, for it is You alone I look for, Your Love, Your Grace, Your Will, Your Heart, Your Spirit, because I love You and ask no other reward but to love You with ever a greater love, a sound, practical love. I will love You with all my heart while on earth and continue to love You perfectly during all eternity. Amen.
